Bangkok Airport Closed

Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi airport is currently closed after demonstrators from the People's Alliance for Democracy (PAD) seized the facility. All flights to and from the airport have been canceled by Thai authorities leaving thousands of passengers stranded. Its also believed that the protesters have stormed the airports control tower. Plans are currently being drawn up to evacuate all passengers from the terminal and move them to safer areas.
