Newcastle Airport Top

Newcastle Airport came top in a survey of scheduled and charter flight punctuality at airports across the UK. The CAA said in its latest report that 78% of scheduled arrivals and departures operated on time from July to September - 8% above the national average. Charter flight punctuality at Newcastle was 13% higher than the national average.
